Intense heat and humidity are suffocating parts of Texas with a heat index above 120 degrees in some areas. The heat comes on the heels of a tornado that killed three people in the Texas panhandle last week. Stephanie Whitfield, a reporter for Houston CBS affiliate KHOU, has more.
